Job Title : Global Expansion & Client Relations Executive

Location : Delhi

Employment Type : Full-Time

Department : Founder's Office

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and business-minded professional with powerful communication skills to join our team as a Global Expansion & Client Relations Executive. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless client coordination, and maintaining a presentable and professional demeanour during events, meetings, and presentations.

This role is perfect for a results-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong professional relationships while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
  • Manage and oversee multiple ongoing projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Represent the company in corporate events, client meetings, and presentations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and client pitches.
  • Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure alignment on client expectations and project outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations with attention to detail and a business-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in client management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically to drive growth.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and precision.
  • Professional presentation skills and a polished appearance for client-facing events.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
