Key Responsibilities :

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2+ years in a people management role.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing development team.
• Drive design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and continuous delivery via CI / CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end product solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Cultivate an Agile development environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
