About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will connect with potential clients, introduce them to our software products, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a basic understanding of IT / software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain IT products (SaaS, software tools, digital solutions, etc.)
Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales or product demo team
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions
Maintain accurate call records, lead status updates, and follow-up schedules using CRM software
Respond to inbound inquiries and clarify product features, pricing, and benefits
Schedule demos, product walkthroughs, or meetings for the sales team
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, lead conversion, and follow-ups
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new features or offerings
Build rapport with prospects to nurture long-term business relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (preferably in IT or SaaS industry)
Strong communication skills (English + regional language as applicable)
Ability to explain software products clearly and confidently
Good listening skills and a customer-centric mindset
Basic understanding of IT / software development concepts (training will be provided)
Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and basic computer operations
Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and objection-handling abilities
Ability to work with targets and maintain consistent performance
