Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Receivables, Order Management, and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP implementations, process design, and change management in a SaaS / Professional Services environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive process improvements, ensure SOX compliance, and optimize ERP functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect end-to-end business process flows and optimize existing workflows.
• Gather, organize, and evaluate information from stakeholders and technical teams to determine requirements and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
• Represent SaaS Engineering in design discussions with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process changes and reverse engineer processes when required.
• Ensure SOX compliance in business processes and change control processes, working closely with internal and external auditors.
• Handle exception management in ERP implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams across different time zones for seamless implementation and support.
• Develop and maintain advanced NetSuite reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Support integrations with additional systems such as Salesforce, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), COUPA, and VENA (preferred).
