Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with strong hands-on expertise in EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) , CRM Order Management , and Workforce Management . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Siebel configurations, customizations, and integrations, particularly within the Telecom domain .

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM components, focusing on EAI , Workforce Management , and Order Management modules.
• Implement and support Siebel PRM / Dealer Management and Field Service modules.
• Develop and manage reports using BI Publisher .
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
• Configure workflows, business services, and integration objects as part of Siebel EAI implementations.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization for high-performance Siebel environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
