Job Overview :

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong background in IT and technology solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our in-house software products, driving sales growth, and acquiring new projects. You should have excellent communication, technical understanding, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for connecting business goals with innovative tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and market our technology products, software solutions, and IT services.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the IT industry.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in collaboration with the development team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, demos, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research on emerging technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and project acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams for project promotions, marketing campaigns, and client deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT or technology sector .
  • Strong understanding of software products, web solutions, and digital transformation concepts .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating technology products to clients.
  • Solid negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools , lead generation, and B2B marketing techniques.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
