Emerson - Manager - Accounting

Job Description :

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Financial statements preparation and ensure disclosures are aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Month end close process that ensure timely & accurate accounting of all transactions, review monthly BS recon, monthly PNL & BS flux review.
• Manage local stat audit, including coordination with external auditors & various internal functions and timely completion of audit deliverables.
• Manage local statutory compliances / audit - eg. STPI and etc.
• Accounting & Analysis of local GAAP adjustment, ensure proper documentation and audit trail for each adjustment and maintain a tracker and reconciliation of cumulative GAAP differences.
• Support local India management on finance related matters.
• Continuous improvement & ad-hoc projects when there is any.
