AI Developer at Daply

Daply is hiring a fast, sharp, and highly capable AI Developer. You will design, build, and ship AI systems that power automation, personalization, and data driven insights across our marketing tech stack. If you love taking models from notebook to production and improving them continuously, let’s talk.

What you will do

Design, train, and deploy ML and deep learning models for real world use

Build scalable data pipelines for training, inference, and continuous learning

Integrate models with apps and APIs and ship end to end features

Fine tune LLMs and optimize prompts, latency, and reliability

Monitor and improve accuracy, performance, and cost

Must haves

Strong Python with hands on PyTorch or TensorFlow or JAX

Three or more years building and deploying ML models in production

Solid grasp of ML fundamentals plus strength in NLP or computer vision or RL

Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone or Weaviate

Hands on experience with parameter efficient fine tuning including LoRA or QLoRA using PEFT

Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and rigorous evaluation skills

Production deployment using APIs, Docker, and a major cloud like AWS or GCP or Azure

MLOps experience with tools like MLflow or Weights and Biases or LangChain

Proficiency with SQL and at least one NoSQL store

Clean, maintainable, production grade code

Nice to have

AI in marketing, analytics, or content generation

Generative AI frameworks and custom LLM fine tuning beyond LoRA

Open source contributions
