Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a sales team focused on Commercial Vehicle Loans (new & used vehicle financing).
- Source business through DSAs, auto dealers, brokers, and direct customer channels .
- Evaluate loan applications by assessing financial status, creditworthiness, and documentation .
- Drive achievement of monthly sales targets and portfolio growth .
- Ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans in coordination with credit and operations teams.
- Monitor and manage loan delinquencies , and take proactive steps to reduce NPAs through follow-ups and recovery strategies.
- Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners , ensuring regular engagement and motivation.
- Stay updated on market trends , competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Candidate Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle loan sales or auto finance .Strong knowledge of DSA / dealer networks and the CV loan process .Proven experience in team handling , achieving sales targets, and managing collections.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel within assigned geography.Skills Required
