    • Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)

    • Shift Timing :
    • US Shift – 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM

    • Notice Period :
    • Immediate to Quick Joiners only

    • About the Role :
    • Seeking motivated and target-driven professionals to join our US Sales Team. Candidates will have a strong background in B2B sales for the US market, with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

      The role involves managing client relationships, handling end-to-end sales cycles, and contributing to revenue growth.

    • Key Responsibilities :
    • For Sales Executives :
    • Handle B2B outbound and inbound sales for US clients.

      Generate leads, identify new opportunities, and convert prospects into clients.

      Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

      Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.

      Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.

      Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and order follow-ups.

    • For Team Leads :
    • Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 executives to achieve sales targets.

      Monitor team performance, conversions, and client satisfaction.

      Conduct regular coaching, call calibrations, and review sessions.

      Track KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of individual and team goals.

      Collaborate with management for business planning and reporting.

    • Required Skills & Experience :
    • Sales Executives : 1 – 5 years of B2B sales experience (US market preferred).

      Team Leads : 7 – 11 years of experience, with at least 3–4 years on-paper TL experience.

      Proven track record of selling across large product catalogs (office, textile, hotel, or restaurant supplies).

      Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.

      Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

      Background in hospitality industry is an advantage (not mandatory).

      Ability to manage client relationships and achieve revenue targets.

      Comfortable working US night shifts.

    • Compensation & Benefits :
    • Sales Executives : ₹5 – ₹6 LPA

      Team Leads : ₹8 – ₹12 LPA

      Travelling Allowance : ₹4,500 per month
