JOB DESCRIPTION

Desktop support\ VIP support engineer

• VIP (CXO) End User Support and troubleshooting
• Management of Physical End Points in Windows, MAC & Tablet environment.
• Accountable for the execution and compliance to ITIL V4 service processes.
• User experience and high level of CSAT with operational efficiency and cost effectiveness for business.
• Excellent knowledge of VC systems or provided VC support
• Worked in the Banking sector and provided support to VIP users.
• Worked on the MIS preparation.
• Well versed with MS office.
• Also worked on the Vendor management.
