Kohinoor / Kohgem is a premium jewellery brand known for its craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless designs. With a strong commitment to luxury, heritage, and customer trust, we aim to set benchmarks in the jewellery industry. We are now seeking an Executive – Excellence to work directly with our Brand Owner in driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and excellence across all aspects of the business.

Role Overview :

The Executive – Excellence will serve as the Brand Owner’s execution partner, ensuring strategic ideas are converted into actionable outcomes. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and a passion for luxury retail and jewellery. The candidate will support leadership in strengthening brand positioning, operational processes, and overall excellence in delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner closely with the Brand Owner to plan, execute, and monitor key projects across design, manufacturing, retail, and marketing.
  • Develop and track business dashboards, sales reports, and performance reviews for effective decision-making.
  • Ensure brand excellence at every customer touchpoint – from in-store experiences to after-sales service.
  • Drive process optimization and SOP implementation across functions for improved efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and communication briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a central coordination point among cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Anticipate challenges, provide proactive solutions, and enable the Brand Owner to focus on strategic priorities.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong business acumen with an appreciation for luxury, aesthetics, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools).
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Project management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, Luxury Brand Management, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience (Business Excellence, Executive Assistant, Strategy, or Operations roles).
  • Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion industry will be highly preferred.
