Replicant is an AI-native company automating complex document writing for highly regulated
industries, with a sharp focus on the pharmaceutical value chain. we combine medical writing expertise with AI to automate extraction, authoring, and compliance across all regulatory documents.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads in the pharmaceutical industry through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new customers.
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling.
- Identify the correct decision makers within a given business.
- Conduct high-impact product demos showcasing our AI platform for medical writing, document processing, and data intelligence.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft personalized outreach campaigns.
- Understand client needs deeply and position AI solutions that solve real-world pharma challenges (e.g., protocol review, regulatory documentation, medical affairs workflows).
Qualifications
2-5 years' experience in B2B SaaS or Pharma Technology SalesStrong understanding of pharma operations (medical writing, clinical, or regulatory domains) is a big plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal.
