We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to support our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on various topics to support project objectives.
  • Analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders based on research outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments relevant to the research projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in research analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
