• Warehouse Stock Inward / GRN from Branches & Factories on daily basis.
• Stock Transfer Note Creation / CSA Billing Follow up on daily basis.
• RTV pick up from Customer Site on daily basis.
• Coordination with Warehouse for timely Dispatches with Correct Batch No on daily basis.
• Stock Reconciliation - System vs Physical (Batch Wise) on monthly basis.
• Warehouse and Logistics / Transporter Bill Check & report submission on weekly basis.
• Monthly Provision Submission.
• Any task assigned, time to time by line manager.
• Creating sales report for CSD / CPC.
• Maintaining DSE report for csd / cpc and doing regular follow ups.
• Collaborating with CPC and CSD agents for DSE pickup.
• Align pickup for damaged stock.
• Maintaining supply vs order report for CSD / CPC vertical.
• Maintaining pod and other dispatch data for CSD / CPC.
• Arrangement of data and presentations for field force meetings.
• Collaborating with supply chain teams for any kind of assistance in cases of order replenishment.
• Communication with CSD and CPC agent for order supply.
