Job Role : Generative AI Engineer
Experience : 6 to 8 Years
Location : Bangalore & Gurgaon
Notice Period : Candidates must be available to join within 15 days
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for production and research use.
- Architect scalable ML infrastructure for training, inference, and deployment.
- Build evaluation pipelines and perform A / B testing for AI models.
- Apply fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, Full FT) to enhance models.
- Optimize model latency and performance using quantization, pruning, and distillation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to open-source projects and support research publications.
