Human Resources Generalist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and supporting benefits administration. The individual will also handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training development, and performance management. The HR Generalist will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance and support to employees and management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
