Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team.

In this role, you will manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices while contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining positive vendor relationships and supporting our financial reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoicing, payment approvals, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Manage vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain organized records of transactions and vendor communications
• Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
