Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer. The AI Engineer will be responsible for integrating and deploying AI solutions tailored to client-specific environments. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to identify their needs, developing and implementing AI algorithms, and optimizing security measures. The role involves backend / Frontend web development, software development, and object-oriented programming tasks.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player and proven leader. As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will partner with customers to understand their pain points, design AI-powered agents that address those needs, and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with customers to understand current security and engineering processes and identify automation opportunities
• Build prototypes tailored to customers on our AI agent platform for demos and proof-of-concepts
• Deploy AI agents into customer environments and build integrations to customer data and tools
• Collaborate with customers using AI engineering techniques to validate efficacy of the AI agents and demonstrate measurable improvements
• Work with our core engineering team to productize prototypes
• Document playbooks for customers and contribute to internal knowledge base for best practices and insights from customer engagements to keep enhancing the product
