S.-based digital marketing agency — is looking for an experienced Programmatic Ads Manager to manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk. This work-from-home, part-time position suits professionals who value flexibility, technical precision, and measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize programmatic campaigns (Display, Video, Native).Manage targeting, pacing, and budgets to hit performance KPIs.Analyze data and deliver actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and reporting.Stay up-to-date with trends in programmatic media.Requirements3–5 years in programmatic media buying or ad ops.Proficiency with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, etc.).Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Excel, Data Studio).Excellent English communication and ability to work independently.Preferred Cross-channel experience (SEM, Paid Social).Familiarity with audience segmentation and attribution modeling.Certification in Google Marketing Platform or similar tools.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay (INR, based on experience).Flexible schedule (10–20 hrs / week).Remote-first, results-focused culture.Opportunities for long-term engagement and growth.About TexonicaTexonica Marketing is a performance-driven digital agency combining analytics, creativity, and automation to help global clients grow.
