Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PowerApps Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications that automate business processes. This role requires deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from our offices in Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create applications to automate business processes, using Power Apps for data capture and user interaction, and Power Automate for process automation.
• Produce low-level designs and contribute to the creation of detailed technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams, providing necessary support and clarifications.
• Assist in steering requirements capture sessions to ensure the right business outcomes are achieved.
• Create release documentation and manage the deployment process, including the submission of change documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to 2nd-line support teams, assisting with troubleshooting and analysis of live issues.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions within an Agile environment.
• Present the latest development work at Show & Tell sessions and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
• Ensure the Power Platform remains stable and available to meet business needs by writing high-quality code that adheres to agreed-upon standards.
• Evaluate and adopt new techniques to advance the platform and its capabilities.
