Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all academic activities for Grades 1–5.
Implement curriculum as per CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE guidelines (as applicable).
Design and oversee lesson planning, instructional practices, and assessments.
Facilitate integration of innovative teaching methodologies and technology.
Mentor and monitor primary teachers to ensure effective delivery.
Organize regular workshops, training programs, and peer learning sessions.
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback for improvement.
Develop and implement annual academic plans and assessments.
Coordinate preparation and moderation of question papers.
Analyze student performance data and initiate academic interventions where needed.
Conduct Parent Orientation Programs, PTMs, and one-on-one meetings as needed.
Address academic and behavioral concerns raised by parents promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of academic progress, attendance, and teacher performance.
Coordinate with school management on staffing, timetabling, and resource planning.
Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and inter-house activities.
