Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer - Generative AI / Agentic Frameworks

AI / ML Engineer :

We are hiring an experienced AI / ML Engineer to join a high-growth fintech product team working on next-generation AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.), and end-to-end ML model development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML / DL models for NLP, Recommendation, Classification, etc.
• Design and integrate Generative AI models for intelligent automation and decision-making.
• Work with Agentic frameworks to build autonomous AI workflows and agents.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement ML solutions in production.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve results.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and applied ML frameworks.
