Fashion Designer – Hiring Description (Professional & Complete) We are looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our clothing brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, fabric selection, and garment construction. You will be responsible for designing new collections, creating sketches and tech packs, and working closely with the production team to ensure high-quality final products.

Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and design seasonal clothing collections

Create detailed sketches, digital designs, and technical drawings

Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes

Prepare tech packs for sampling and production

Coordinate with sampling, pattern-making, and production teams

Select fabrics, trims, and materials suitable for each design

Ensure designs align with brand identity and target audience

Maintain quality and fit standards throughout development

Requirements Proven experience as a Fashion Designer (1–3+ years preferred)

Strong sketching and digital design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and trends

Ability to create tech packs and communicate with production teams

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of aesthetics

Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
