As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who can manage high-performing ad campaigns, ideally with experience in the hospital, healthcare, or caregiving sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Run performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI for D2C or service-based clients
• Strategize and align digital efforts with client objectives, especially in the healthcare / caregiving space
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics like ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CTR
• Conduct A / B testing, keyword targeting, copy optimization, and audience segmentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and regularly interact with clients to share updates and insights
• Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance
