Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Engineer to join our Integration and Middleware team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x (Container Edition) . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, cloud-native applications that support our global operations.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in TIBCO technologies and practical knowledge of deploying and managing runtime services on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance in hybrid and cloud environments.
This position is pivotal in our ongoing digital transformation, focusing on containerized integrations, microservices, and event-driven architectures to drive business agility and efficiency.
Mandatory Skills : TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x (Container Edition) .
Good to have : AWS (e.g., EKS, ECS) or Azure (e.g., AKS, App Service) runtime services

Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Integrations : Architect and implement complex integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) 6.x, including API development, data mapping, and process orchestration for real-time and batch processing.
- Cloud Deployment and Management : Deploy, monitor, and optimize TIBCO applications on AWS (e.g., EKS, ECS) or Azure (e.g., AKS, App Service) runtime services, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration and ensuring seamless scalability in multi-cloud setups.
- Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting : Monitor TIBCO environments using tools like TIBCO Hawk and EMS; diagnose issues, apply fixes, and optimize for high-throughput scenarios in production.
- CI / CD Pipeline Integration : Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps, incorporating Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or Bicep.
- Migration and Modernization : Lead migrations from legacy TIBCO versions (e.g., BW 5.x) to 6.x Container Edition, including containerization with Docker and modernization of monolithic apps to microservices.
- Collaboration and Mentoring : Work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements; mentor junior engineers on TIBCO best practices and cloud integration patterns.
- Security and Compliance : Implement secure integration patterns (e.g., OAuth, SSL / TLS) and ensure adherence to enterprise standards like GDPR and SOC 2 in cloud environments.
- Innovation and Research : Stay abreast of emerging trends in integration platforms (e.g., event streaming with Kafka) and recommend enhancements for AWS / Azure runtime services.
Required Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Experience :7+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on TIBCO integration technologies.Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x (Container Edition), including development, deployment, and administration.Proven record of accomplishment in building and deploying TIBCO applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.Working knowledge of AWS or Azure runtime services (e.g., EKS / AKS for orchestration, Lambda / App Functions for serverless, or S3 / Blob Storage for data handling); experience with at least one is required, preference for both.Familiarity with TIBCO EMS, ActiveSpaces, and related tools for messaging and caching.Technical Skills :Proficiency in Java, XML / JSON, REST / SOAP APIs, and SQL for integration logic.Experience with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and IaC (e.g., Terraform).Knowledge of cloud security practices and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to thrive in agile environments.Preferred Qualifications
