We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to set up, stabilize, and scale a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse operation . This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader with experience running mid-scale e-commerce warehouses and building robust systems while driving day-to-day execution.

You will own inventory accuracy, picking and packing efficiency, manpower productivity, layout optimization, and SOP discipline—while preparing the warehouse for rapid growth.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations & Execution

• Own end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure same-day dispatch SLAs for D2C and marketplace orders.
• Minimize order errors, RTO leakage, and packing defects.
• Manage volume spikes during sales events, product drops, and launches.
