Job descriptionImplement strategic sourcing channels, including Boolean searches, social media outreach, passi Conduct screening interviews, technical assessments, and evaluate cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to align on requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines. Build and maintain a robust tech talent pipeline and candidate database for future needs Manage offer process : prepare and negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, ensure smooth acce Enhance candidate experience with prompt communication, personalized outreach, and timely u Stay updated on IT market trends, hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and emerging roles in tec Represent the organization at job fairs, tech meetups, and networking events for brand visibility Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per hire, source effectiveness, and provide 5–8 years of proven experience in IT / Technical recruitment (agency or inhouse), ideally consulting exposure. Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Science, Cloud, Proficient in sourcing techniques : Boolean search, niche platform recruiting, cold outreach, passi Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and consultative skills Organized with multitasking abilities to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
