Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Project Architect to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Hyderabad location. The Project Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, managing submittals, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project designs, and ensuring adherence to sustainable design principles such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). This role also involves leading project management activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture, including conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality spaces
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for drafting and managing project designs
• Experience in preparing and reviewing submittals to ensure alignment with project goals
• Knowledge and application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles
• Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to coordinate projects from inception to completion
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective collaboration
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certification or registration is an asset
