Lead QA Engineer for AppScan Product Team

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead QA Engineer to join our AppScan Product team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing quality assurance efforts, communicating testing status, risks, and progress, designing test strategies, defining and executing tests, creating and maintaining test plans and documentation, collaborating closely with developers, mentoring junior QA members, participating in Agile / Scrum meetings, and continuously improving QA processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in QA is essential.
• Proficiency in Java / C++ / C# and scripting (Windows batch, Linux bash). Mac scripting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit.
• Strong understanding of SAST (especially HCL AppScan), and related tools.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and automated build / test pipelines.
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Lens.
• Proficient in testing on Windows and Linux; MacOS exposure is preferred.
