Description
We are seeking a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as filing and data entry.
- Provide information about the organization and its services to visitors and callers.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
