Jr. Creative Producer

Hey there! 👋

We’re on the lookout for a Jr. Creative Producer to join our creative fam at Postboy — someone who lives and breathes ideas, understands how to bring them to life, and can keep the creative chaos beautifully organized.

If you’re that person who loves coming up with wild ideas one moment and managing shoots the next, we want you on board!

What You’ll Be Doing :

🎬 Turning ideas into real, scroll-stopping content.

💭 Brainstorming campaign ideas with the creative and strategy teams.

🧠 Managing production pipelines — from pre to post.

✍️ Writing copies, helping with scripts, and adding a strategic edge (big plus if you can!).

👥 Coordinating with designers, editors, and directors to make sure everything runs smooth and on time.

🎥 Being part of shoots, managing chaos, and keeping things on track.

What We’re Looking For :

• 1–2 years of experience in a creative / production role (agency or studio background preferred).
• A solid understanding of video production & post-production workflows.
• Great communication and people skills.
• A creative mindset with a get-things-done attitude.
• Copywriting or strategy chops? That’s brownie points for sure. 🍪
