Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Counselor and Outreach Interns located in New Delhi. The Interns will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing career counseling, facilitating workshops, and coordinating outreach activities. Day-to-day tasks include administering assessments, analyzing results, offering counseling sessions, preparing reports, and assisting in organizing career guidance programs for students.

Qualifications

• Skills in psychological assessments, counseling, and career guidance
• Experience in conducting psychometric evaluations and SWOT analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings
• Active coordination and organizational skills for outreach programs
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or BBA / MBA
• Experience with students and educational environments is a plus
