Job Title : Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Expert

Experience : 4+ Years

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud Expert with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CG Cloud and Retail Execution. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical expertise, with the ability to design and deploy scalable, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud solutions.
  • Work on end-to-end Retail Execution processes including Orders, Inventory, and Visit Planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and enhance system capabilities.
  • Build and customize automation using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules.
  • Develop basic Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as required.
  • Generate Reports, Dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business performance.
  • Ensure proper user access through Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchy configurations.
  • Perform data operations using Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
  • Support integration efforts using REST / SOAP APIs (optional but preferred).
