Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in account or operations management. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards. Experience in performance marketing or PPC coordination is an added advantage. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth order processing, dispatches, and returns.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports to drive revenue and efficiency.
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and visibility across online platforms.
- Collaborate with digital marketing for promotions, ads, and sponsored campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities through category analysis and competitor tracking.
- Optimize catalog visibility and inventory coordination (without direct product listing).
- Handle vendor communication, platform relationships, and escalation management.
