Job description
Develop and implement inside sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
Set sales targets and KPIs for the inside sales team and track performance regularly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead quality and develop targeted campaigns.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing inside sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
Motivate the team to maintain high levels of engagement, accountability, and results orientation.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans or corrective actions where necessary.
End-to-End Sales Management
Oversee the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, pipeline management, proposal development, and deal closure.
Ensure timely follow-ups, effective communication, and a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate actionable insights from sales data.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding revenue within existing accounts.
Explore new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to generate incremental revenue streams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive repeat business.
Work closely with marketing to leverage campaigns and initiatives to improve lead conversion and revenue growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Lead-to-conversion ratio and overall sales efficiency.
Pipeline growth and quality of opportunities.
Team productivity, performance, and retention.
