Job description
  • Develop and implement inside sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the inside sales team and track performance regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead quality and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing inside sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high levels of engagement, accountability, and results orientation.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans or corrective actions where necessary.
  • End-to-End Sales Management
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, pipeline management, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, effective communication, and a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate actionable insights from sales data.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding revenue within existing accounts.
  • Explore new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to generate incremental revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive repeat business.
  • Work closely with marketing to leverage campaigns and initiatives to improve lead conversion and revenue growth.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

    • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Lead-to-conversion ratio and overall sales efficiency.
    • Pipeline growth and quality of opportunities.
