Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Territory Managers across assigned regions. This role involves driving sales growth, promoting offerings to healthcare providers, monitoring field operations, and analyzing sales performance data. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills to ensure sustainable business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Territory Managers across designated locations.
Promote company offerings to healthcare providers including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres.
Monitor and support field sales operations through regular market visits.
Analyze sales performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and drive business growth within the region.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Science.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in diagnostics.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
