We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Scriptwriter to join our passionate team and help us scale our storytelling to new heights.

The Opportunity

As a Scriptwriter at BabyBillion, you will be the storytelling heart of our content engine. You will craft imaginative narratives that not only entertain but also educate millions of young learners. This role is a unique blend of creative artistry and data-informed strategy, where your words will directly shape the content that defines our brand and delights our audience.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Script Creation :

Conceptualize and write 15 engaging, original scripts per week (35-45 seconds each). Masterfully apply the three-act story structure to create imaginative and age-appropriate content that aligns with BabyBillion’s brand and safety guidelines.

Hindi Dialogue & Voiceover :

Develop lively, relatable, and fun Hindi dialogues for our voiceovers, ensuring a positive and encouraging tone. You will collaborate closely with the voiceover team to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery.

Agile Collaboration & Adaptation :

Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside Directors, Assistant Directors, and the YouTube Manager. Seamlessly adapt scripts to accommodate last-minute production changes while ensuring 100% adherence to content schedules.

Creative Strategy & Refinement :

Actively participate in weekly content performance reviews. Use feedback and data to identify successful narrative elements, refine creative approaches, and contribute to the overall content strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Experience :

1-2 years of professional scriptwriting experience, preferably with a portfolio showcasing work in kids' content, animation, or short-form video.

Storytelling Mastery :

A deep understanding of narrative structure, character development, and pacing, with a proven ability to write for a preschool audience.

Exceptional Hindi Skills :

Native or expert proficiency in Hindi, with a talent for writing dialogue that is authentic, fun, and culturally relevant.

Analytical Mindset :

Comfortable using data to inform creative decisions. Experience with YouTube Analytics or similar platforms is a strong plus.

Collaborative Spirit :

An excellent communicator and team player who thrives in a feedback-rich, collaborative environment.
