Job descriptionDevelop financialprojectionsmodels. Build and maintain models for impairment testing. Review risk registers and prepare risk management committee presentation. Periodically review and enhance the risk management policy. Tracking progressof ESG targets and implementation roadmap. Prepare Integrated Reports, ManagementDiscussion & Analysis (MDA), and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reports (BRSR). Calculate GHG inventories and manage ESG-related data and disclosures.

Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct quarterly variance analysis of results & budgets for financial and technical Performance
- Prepare MIS reports for senior management
- Prepare presentations forboard meetings and investor relations.
- Lead Revenue & Capex budget preparation including budget presentation, cash flow forecasting and financial ratio analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
- Analyse regulatory orders and change in regulation / law and summarize implications for the Company.
