Senior Project Manager - India

Development Management and Business Planning :

• Manage development and capital projects at LŌ-GOI India, including oversight of staff activities and resource allocation for projects, selection and management of outside consultants as necessary and creation and management of appropriate controls and reporting systems for projects.
• Oversee various aspects of the development process
• Master planning
• Cost estimation for infrastructure and construction
• Feasibility review and recommendation
• Planning approvals and rezoning
• Project & Construction management
• Project cost reporting and budget control
• Seek ways to continue LŌ-GOI path to sustainable growth and improve projects development operating efficiencies;
• Develop and manage timelines for projects to ensure strategic plans and critical development processes are carried out in a timely manner;
• Identify customer needs and work with relevant stakeholders in the development of leasing solutions.
• Transactions Support and guide the acquisition of sites for development cost budgets.
• Be responsible for Technical DD during acquisition phase.
