Job descriptionGPU Compiler Development Design, implement, and optimize GPU compilers for performance and scalability. Enhance compilation pipelines for advanced parallel programming support. Develop cycle-accurate models and architectural simulations in C / C++. Analyze GPU designs for power efficiency, performance, and scalability. Contribute to design-space exploration for future GPU architectures. Apply software design patterns and best practices for scalable development. Perform performance analysis and debug across compiler, architecture, and application layers. Work with hardware architects, compiler engineers, and performance teams. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. 5-15 years of experience in GPU development, compilers, or architectural modeling. Strong proficiency in C / C++ with solid hands-on coding experience. Expertise in GPU compilers and / or GPU modeling. Strong understanding of computer architecture, parallel computing, and optimization. Knowledge of software design patterns and robust software engineering practices. Experience debugging complex hardware / software interactions. Exposure to LLVM or other compiler frameworks. Experience with simulation environments or architectural exploration tools. Familiarity with CUDA, OpenCL, or HIP. Understanding of machine learning workloads on GPUs. Prior experience in semiconductor or HPC environments. Work on next-generation GPU technologies. Career growth in technical or leadership tracks. Collaborative environment with industry-leading experts. Exposure to cutting-edge compiler & architecture innovations.
