The Tender / Costing Coordinator plays a key role in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support accurate tender cost estimation and tender analysis and management. This position majorly involves collecting and reviewing data, working closely with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, BD, and Tender, and verifying that cost calculations use appropriate formulas. The coordinator ensures all costing documentation aligns with both company standards and client specifications. Success in this role requires keen attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of project costing within the civil, construction, engineering, or GIS / Geospatial sectors.
Key Responsibilities-
- Collaborate with the Tender, Operations, and BD / Sales teams to develop project cost estimates.
- Analyse tender documents, including instructions, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure all submissions are made before deadlines in the correct format (online / offline).
- Create a project scope summary using the designated format.
- Distribute all tender documents to the Costing and BD / Sales teams and organize them on the shared drive.
- Verify the accuracy of the rates provided by the costing team and ensure correct formulas are applied.
- Address inquiries from the Operations and BD / Sales teams regarding tender documents, including RFPs, scope details, and BOQs.
- Maintain proper documentation and archival of all tender costing records for future use and auditing purposes.
Education-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, GIS or a related field.Skills-
