We are expanding our Vlocity practice team and seeking talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Solution Developers to leverage native Vlocity functionality in delivering customer requirements efficiently, with minimal customization.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

✅ 3+ years of experience in Vlocity development and Salesforce implementation.

✅ Extensive knowledge of CPQ / EPC industry standards and best practices.

✅ Strong expertise in Vlocity implementation —hands-on experience is mandatory .

✅ Deep understanding of industry-specific CRM solutions , such as Quote-to-Order, MACD, and Policy Management .

✅ Proficiency in Project Management tools & best practices .

✅ Strong grasp of Systems Analysis & Design .

✅ Experience in Requirement Estimation & User Story management .

✅ Excellent communication skills , capable of writing professional emails, leading whiteboard discussions, and delivering technical presentations.

✅ Hands-on experience documenting business applications (CRM, CPQ, Order Management).

✅ Ability to read and understand front-end code (JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS).

✅ Thorough understanding of REST APIs .

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• ️ Proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning).
• ️ Strong understanding of Vlocity framework & CPQ .
• ️ Familiarity with Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML) .
• ️ Knowledge of Data Modeling & Process Modeling tools .
• ️ Experience working with Git & Continuous Integration (CI / CD) .
• ️ Self-starter with a passion for learning new skills and technologies .
• ️ Ability to solve complex problems and optimize processes .
• ️ Exposure to industries like telecommunications, media, energy, or utilities is a plus.

Qualifications

🎓 Proven track record of successful customer project delivery , preferably enterprise CRM implementations using Salesforce / Vlocity .

🎓 Industry experience in telecom, media, energy, or utilities .

🎓 Strong solutioning and delivery expertise .

🎓 Passion for problem-solving and innovation .
