AI Application Development Engineer

Hiring : GenAI Generalist / AI Automation Engineer (2–3 Yrs) – Chennai

Are you someone who loves building fast, experimenting with the latest GenAI tools, and turning business use-cases into working automation?

We are looking for a GenAI Generalist / AI Automation Engineer who can work across Replit, Bolt.New, Retell AI, n8n, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and other workflow automation tools to build real-world AI systems for our internal and client-facing products.

This is a high-impact role working directly with the Founders / CTO office. If you enjoy rapid prototyping and delivering working AI solutions end-to-end, this role is for you.

Role : GenAI Generalist / AI Automation Engineer

Experience : 1–3 years

Location : Chennai (On-site / Hybrid)

Employment Type : Full-time

What You’ll Work On

• Building and deploying AI workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, and custom Python / JS scripts
• Creating voice + conversational AI agents using Retell AI, OpenAI Realtime APIs
• Rapid prototyping using Replit, Bolt.New, LangChain / LangGraph, and similar tools
• Designing multi-step AI agents for :
• Finance & RCM automation
• HR onboarding & workflows
• EPC / Construction project management
• Customer and internal support automation
• Integrating LLMs with CRMs, ERPs, HRIS, and internal systems
• Creating simple deployable apps (frontend / API automation)
