Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead HR strategy, recruitment, HR operations, and people management for a fast-scaling defence aerospace company. This role drives organisational capability across recruitment, performance, compliance, culture, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Leadership (Core Focus) :

• Lead hiring strategy for engineering, avionics, aerospace R&D, flight testing & manufacturing roles.
• Build talent pipelines, manage sourcing channels & oversee all recruitment processes.
• Drive employer branding and campus hiring with top engineering institutions.
• Create job descriptions, competency frameworks & manpower planning with department heads.
