Team Member - Manufacturing (Chemist)

DEPARTMENT / FUNCTION : Quality (Chemical Lab)

JOB SUMMARY

As a Lab Technician, you will be performing analytical methods and administrative tasks required to control the quality of our raw materials, finished products and manufacturing processes. The results generated in the QC lab are used to monitor and adjust chemical processes and to the quality of products shipped to our customers.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and conduct routine tests and analyses used in the QC lab.
• Analyze data from laboratory and plant operations.
• Hands on experience in XRF and XRD.
• To conduct Wet analysis.
• Provide accurate and timely results of testing.
• Provide information or instructions to plant processes as needed.
• Maintain documentation and assist in compliance with the QC lab quality system.
• Provide support for QC instrumentation and infrastructure.
• Perform calibration and standardization of instruments and reagents as needed.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : BSC / MSC Chemistry

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 3 - 8 Years of experience
