The Academic Success & Engagement Team (ASET) is responsible for delivering an exceptional learner experience to HUBBLEHOX learners by ensuring proactive engagement, timely support, referrals, and course completion. The team will serve as a trusted partner for learners while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the overall learner journey.
- Proactively engage with learners across multiple channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, forums) to identify challenges, provide timely solutions, and pre-empt issues.
- Ensure satisfactory and on-time resolution of learner queries within agreed TATs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (faculty, academic teams, support teams, partners) to deliver a seamless learner experience.
- Monitor learner progress, encourage timely course completion, and provide necessary academic, technical, or career referrals.
- Handle escalations, implement fixes, and prevent repeat issues.
- Drive high learner satisfaction and loyalty by becoming a HUBBLEHOX brand evangelist.
- Encourage and track learner referrals as a key growth channel.
- Support learner lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, milestone management, and graduation sessions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate learner data, reports, and metrics (attendance, engagement, completion, feedback).
