Senior Business Development Executive

About Us

We are a design-first company that partners with startups and businesses to deliver impactful UI / UX, branding, and product design services. Our focus is on strategy, quality, and outcomes. We’re now looking for a smart, resourceful, and self-driven individual based in Hyderabad to take charge of our sales processes and act as the face of our company in new client conversations.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, qualification, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Research and connect with startups, founders, and businesses needing design / product support.
• Conduct discovery calls and clearly articulate our services in a business-friendly way.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to convert leads into projects.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Zoho Bigin).
• Suggest and implement at least 2 new sales strategies every quarter.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales efforts with business goals.
