Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and build trust by suggesting the right product.
- Sell membership packages over the phone and achieve sales targets and quality parameters.
- Explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers.
- Encourage customers to upgrade or renew their matrimony packages.
- Address customer issues or grievances and ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
- Capture insights from customer interactions and share with internal teams.
- Adhere strictly to process requirements and company guidelines.
