Strategic Operations Partner – Founder’s Office (Chennai | Hybrid)

Are you ready to be the right hand to a visionary founder in a fast-growing global SaaS company? We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Partner who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving high-impact problems, and wants to co-create the way a company scales .

This is not a support role . You’ll be driving structure, clarity, and operational excellence across the business, building processes, dashboards, and frameworks from scratch . You’ll tackle cross-functional projects, streamline workflows, measure ROI, and ensure the founder’s vision is executed across teams.

What You’ll Do :

  • Design and implement SOPs, policies, playbooks, and dashboards that don’t exist yet.
  • Lead high-impact projects end-to-end — from ideation to adoption.
  • Use data to drive decisions , track KPIs, and surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Bring clarity and stability to complex situations, from client escalations to operational bottlenecks.
  • Drive adoption of new frameworks and processes across teams.

What You Bring :

  • 2–5 years experience in strategy, operations, or program management at a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
  • Proven ability to create frameworks, dashboards, or policies from scratch .
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills , with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Comfort with data, KPIs, and measuring impact .
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and bias for action .
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, ChargeBee , or similar.

    • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience in internal audits, SOP creation, CX operations , or cross-functional stakeholder management.
